Crossbreeding

Our 2nd generation Peruvian x Abyssinian pup.  I just love his color! 

Our Sheltie x Abyssinian pup.  He is also a 2nd generation hybrid.  I don't quite know if he is a semi-long haired American or a semi-short haired Sheltie. 8P

I would like to observe if their fur would grow longer but I need to reduce the number of guinea pigs in our caviary.  So these 2 pups are for sale.

A Pleasant Surprise

I just received a text today from a fellow cavy enthusiasts. He/ she said they got my number from my blog. Glad to know someone's been reading my blog! :) Anyway, it HAS been a while since my last post. I really should update this blog, especially since I have new pups in the house... 2 sheltie boars, 1 peruvian sow, 1 abyruvian boar and 1 aby-sheltie (?) boar. They are all pups of my original stocks. 'Will update this with their pictures soon!

Sad Friday the 13th

Mocha passed away tonight. She was 1 year and 4 months old. Yesterday, she gave birth for the first time. But her pup was dead. We will miss you Mocha. Our sweet little roan.
